2024-25 Active Herd
Websites are a perpetual work in progress! I've finally had to admit I needed a complete revamp of the website, which has been a much slower process than I'd hoped. I will continue to peck away at updates, nonetheless! As always, please know I am always happy to answer any questions you have via email or Facebook messenger through our Facebook page, and many thanks for your patience as I work through getting everything updated!
On this page, you will find members of the Nigerian Dwarf doe herd who are actively breeding, milking, and showing - please bear with me while I get pictures, stats, etc. moved from the archived pages to this one.
Keeper kids and yearlings will be on our Youngstock page. (under construction) Our bucks can be found on the Bucks page. We have opted to retire many of our animals on the farm, having contributed so much to making our herd what it is today. They can be found on the Reference page. Occasionally a Reference doe may return to "Active Duty," in which case we'll move her information back over here to the Active Herd page.
We still keep a couple of mini-Lamanchas, and have recently welcomed an adorable Alpine doeling to the herd in 2024 - These girls will eventually have their own page.
