Pet Goats! These are wethers and a doe or two, who are at least a year old, and ready to be love on you and be loved by you, plus eat your blackberries down. Easier to start with than babies, and every bit as much fun!
Noogie and Mr. Potato Head
Noogie and Mr. Potato Head are 2 years old. "Potato" had some special needs as a baby, and couldn't be disbudded during the customary time, so he has horns. We normally would never endorse keeping a horned goat with non-horned ones, but Noogie and Potato have been together their whole lives and get along extremely well. Potato is also very well behaved with his horns with both goats and people. Noogie and Potato must stay together.
Trillium, Twister, and Pikwick
Trillium is a spayed doe, and Twister is a wether. They both just turned 3, full grown and very small (about 40ish lbs each). Pik is a year old wether, and will be a smaller goat also, though not as tall as Twister and Trillium. They are all very gentle goats, and would be great addition to any family. Pik is a little shy but warms up quickly - especially if treats are involved! They thrive on attention, especially Trillium, and need a home where they will get lots of it. A few goat treats wouldn't get turned down, either!

Sans Gene H Cordelia +VV+ 83 @ 02-02
Sans Gene GT Helios X Sans Gene K Moya ADGA pedigree link: https://www.adgagenetics.org/PedigreePrint.aspx?RegNumber=D00186624 $600 **Delia kidded 3/22/2022 easily with quads, and is currently in milk as of 4/9/2022.** "Delia" is a sound, healthy, productive doe, with a quiet, gentle demeanor. She is an excellent mother, as well as a productive, steady milker. Delia's dam, Colleen, is an "urban milker" in Portland, sustaining an 18+ month lactation on OAD milking. Both parents of Delia's sire, Helios, came from working grade A dairies. Delia would be perfect for someone wanting a high quality home milker and a doe to love on. She is a very pretty doe, has nice sized teats and is easy to milk, and a lot of capacity. Great milk stand manners. Some of my nicest kids this year came from her. She is very sweet, and enjoys attention, though can be bossy in the herd but isn't mean. Normally very calm, Delia can be spooky around very small children. She also HATED showing, and best suited for a "work from home" position. We really would like to see Delia in a permanent, lifetime home, and there are several options for a companion to go with her, if needed. Delia is a very special doe to us, and it's very hard to let her go. |
